  You bring your car in to be fixed, and it's returned to you with just more problems.
  
  Brought my mustang in to have the side and bumper replaced. After having it fixed, I had to bring it back because my tail pipes were misaligned with the bumper so that they were tapping against the aluminum causing a rattling sound.
  
  They brought the manager out and he told me they wouldn't cover the cost of any further adjustments to the bumper because my tail pipes were aftermarket. I told him that even if for some reason they weren't going to fix this problem that THEY created, the cost would be covered under a previous bumper fix performed by a Hendrix Auto Collision center in NC. He told me that I had not informed his insurance agents that any previous Hendrix center had performed a fix (I did when I originally brought the car in), and was quick to imply I was lying. Only after I specifically described the insurance agent whom I had mentioned the previous fix to did the manager agree to perform the bumper adjustment which took less than 20 minutes to perform.
  
  The hands - on mechanics seem to know what they are doing, the manager however is unprofessional and dishonest.
